Creative Programs and Systems (CPS) has been a staple in Livingston County, Michigan, since 1994. Founder Kevin Germain started working out of his home, providing IT services and custom software development for residential and commercial businesses of all sizes. Over the years, the company has expanded, continuing to offer the wide range of services it originally provided—and more!

Within the first year, work became so plentiful that Kevin needed to hire his first employee—a programmer—to assist with software development. Today, the CPS team includes developers, designers, marketing specialists, content writers, IT technicians, and project managers—many of whom have been with the company for years. In 2024, we celebrated our 30th anniversary as a family-owned and operated business. Our specialized team members are valued partners and an extension of our family.

At CPS, we strive to provide first-class computer services to all.
